Camp 2020

Camp was a great way to finish off the year 2020. I had heaps of fun with all my friends. I enjoyed discovering another water hole to swim in, it was nice and refreshing. Also doing a few different Forrest walks, even one at night to see glow worms! 

Obstacle course

  Had a fun day working with my friends to do an obstacle course at Hill orchard. I had to crawl under a net, egg and spoon race, apple bobbing and lots more!

R-Cade and Lunch at the Lakes

 I enjoyed a trip to the shopping mall and bought a KFC for my lunch. We went to the R-Cade too and I managed to top up my game card. 

Halloween 🎃

 In Karaoke we sung Halloween themed songs and dressed up. What an awesome afternoon with my friends. 

Fishing at Kauri Point

 We went fishing and caught three fish at Kauri Point in Katikati. 

Rest Home visit

 It was my first time going to the rest home. Today I met the residents we played some games and fun.

One and a half acre wood

 I loved visiting this place ..... 

Greerton Library Crafts

 I enjoyed going along a a craft session at the Greerton Library with my friends. We made sock Donuts that looked so cool. 

SPCA Op Shop

 This week I got to help out by volunteering at the SPCA Op Shop in Greerton. We sorted all of the bags and checked off the CDs. I did a great job and they would love to have me back.

Coastal adventures - Tuapiro Point

 I liked exploring Tuapiro Point with the Discovery Group after a visit to Ellendene Farms to feed the chickens. 

Talentquest

 I performed at the Arohanui Talentquest with my friends. We sang Atomic Kittens’ Whole Again.

Band Practice in Music

 We created a band in our music session and took turns to be lead singer, drummer, guitarist and I also brought my harmonica in. 

Yatton Park BBQ

 I had a lovely day at Yatton Park. the whole centre spent the day there. I helped with cooking the sausages on the bbq and serving them as that was one of my goals. 

Relaxing

 Awwww Bliss....... I like our massage chair, it feels really nice. It makes me feel relaxed and sleepy with the relaxing music playing.

Feeding the Ducks

 I went with my friends to Carmichael Reserve to feed the ducks and geese. 

Volunteer Group

 I have joined the volunteer group and I have been helping to juice some lemons, de-seed some pumpkins and create a photo album to give to the elderly people at Fraser Manor Rest Home. 

Van Washing

 I don’t enjoy van washing but I’m actually quite good at it and understand that if I use it I help clean it. 

Aongatete Outdoor Centre

 We went to check out this place as we are going to camp here for 2 nights late in the year. It’s gonna be so cool.
