Cultural Day

I enjoyed the cultural day we had at the centre. I said the karakia before lunch and did some Ti Rakau as well as had a go at Poi twirling, flamenco dancing and Chinese ribbon dancing. We also tried pumpkin pie but I didn’t like it. 

Playing pool at the Pub

I went to the Marble Bar with some friends to play some Pool. I’m pretty good at it. I can even do behind the back trick shots.

Beef stir fry

In cooking I had a goal to choose a recipe to cook from a country I chose. I picked China and beef stir fry. It was a tasty and easy recipe to make and I served it to the cooking group like we were at a restaurant. Everyone enjoy my cooking.

TenPin Bowling Fun

I like being back in the Drama group with my friends. We start the morning by playing Wii Games where it is nice and warm inside.
I played so well and could even play backwards and still get STRIKES!!
I look forward to being back up on stage next week.

Quiz Day and Pumpkin Soup

What a fun day we had at Wilrose when we had a quiz day and pumpkin soup for lunch. I helped out with one of the rounds (NZ round) and even though our team came last I had a fun day.
